By creating an account or using MyResaleInventory.com ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
MyResaleInventory is a web app for tracking resale inventory: pallets, items, costs, sales, expenses, and profit. The Service is provided by MyResaleInventory LLC, a Michigan limited liability company based in Holland, Michigan ("we," "us," "our"). Daniel Athey is the sole member.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. One account per person or business. During the beta period, accounts are created by invite code only; we may end the beta and transition accounts to paid subscriptions at any time with reasonable notice by email.

Your business data is yours. You can export it as CSV anytime and request deletion at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
By using the Service, you grant us permission to store and display your data back to you as part of providing the Service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for anything else.
We work to keep the Service running 24/7 and back it up daily, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance, updates, bugs, and internet-wide outages happen. We'll communicate about planned downtime when practical.
The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every need. You are responsible for your own business decisions, including tax filings based on reports generated by the Service — always verify numbers with your accountant or tax professional.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (like lost profits or data).
This limitation matters because the Service costs $9/month — we can't assume unlimited risk on a subscription that small. Keep your own backups of critical data (CSV export is always available).
You can close your account anytime by emailing support@myresaleinventory.com. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, or shut down the Service entirely with reasonable notice. If we close the Service, we'll give you at least 30 days to export your data first.
If we make meaningful changes to these terms, we'll notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ottawa County, Michigan, or the federal courts serving that district.
