Privacy Policy

The short version: Your business data is yours. We don't sell it, share it, or look at it unless you ask us to help fix something.

What we collect

How your data is stored

Who can access your data

You: You can view, edit, and export your data anytime. CSV export is available from your account so you always have a copy.

Us (the admin): Our admin tools show account-level info only — your username, account status, and pallet/item counts. We do not access your actual business data (item details, prices, what you sold) unless you specifically ask us to troubleshoot an issue. We will never access your data without your permission except as required by law.

Nobody else: We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party. Period.

Payments

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. Your credit card number never touches our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.

Photos

Photos you upload are stored on our servers and are only accessible through your account. We do not use your photos for any purpose other than displaying them back to you in the app.

Data export and deletion

You can export your data as CSV files at any time from within the app. If you want your account and all associated data permanently deleted, email support@myresaleinventory.com and we will remove everything from our live systems within 7 days.

We keep rolling backups of our servers for up to 30 days in case of hardware failure or data corruption. Your deleted data will naturally age out of those backups within that window. We do not restore deleted-account data from backups except where required by law.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app notice. We won't quietly reduce your privacy protections.
